THE JOB: A rare and exciting opportunity has come up within our clients organisation for an Area Director with a proven track record in the property sector. This role will require someone who has been pivotal in building and scaling a business and has a highly entrepreneurial attitude. This role will entail agent attraction, training, development and retention. The ability to mentor, coach and ultimately lead a dispersed team of individuals and drive sales to the ultimate goal of increasing revenue over the next few years. This position will offer a competitive basic, guarantee and OTE.

OUR CLIENT: A leading prime market estate agent with national coverage. This multi office company has been at the forefront of the property sector with it’s tech investments. With a wealth of infrastructure and years of experience in the sector this will be an exciting role and a great proving ground for a good Senior Manager or Area Manager to step into.
