The role involves taking inbound calls from homeowners who look to fit an air source heat pump in their property to reduce their CO2 footprint by 50%, reduce their bills, and save money. The successful candidate will qualify the customer, check suitability and coordinate a survey, issue contracts, and organise installation of the heat pump. 

The role offers a £27,500 salary + discretionary bonus and offers great Monday-Friday working hours, a full training package, and the opportunity to work in a sustainable and positive business.
