My three loves are adventure, family/friends, and sports.

After studying Sport Science at university and gaining a scholarship to work with athletes to improve performance, I made the move to London and worked for Dexters Estate Agents as a Sales Negotiator. I gained understanding in the property market in resales and new homes, and sold properties in Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Wapping and Stratford. I joined Genum 5 years ago as a Recruitment Consultant and having gained 3 promotions and completed qualifications in HR & Recruitment Practice, Public Speaking, and NLP for Leadership, I now sit as an Associate Director in the business. I specialise in recruitment for London estate agencies and my vertical market includes roles from Negotiator to Directorship level, Business Development and New Homes.

I define Genum with two words- culture and opportunity. We build strong relationships with both our clients and candidates which facilitates our ability to find our candidates careers for life, and our clients the perfect people to grow their business. I like to think that we are approachable and honest with a genuine interest in helping to grow business and provide phenomenal opportunities.  

In my spare time, I enjoy boxing, bouldering, hiking, and skiing. I enjoy raising money for charities and have recently completed the Yorkshire Marathon in less than 4 hours for MIND. I love music, I am a huge foodie and I’m keen to travel more of the world in the coming years before I will inevitably need to get serious and settle down.
