THE JOB AND POSITION AVAILABLE:

THE JOB: An exciting opportunity to join one of the industry leading estate agents as a Senior Valuer. This exciting new role has arisen from consistently built valuations in the area over the last 4 years. This means there is now an area that needs constant attention with a large number of valuations coming in. The correct individual will need to have excellent residential property valuation skills, at least a 40%+ conversion rate from valuation to sale and be highly organised.
