In addition to your proven track record in the Sales market overall, a working knowledge as a Sales Negotiator in the Canary Wharf and London Docklands areas will be a distinct advantage. Drawing on your high levels of drive, motivation and initiative, it is imperative you can also demonstrate vital attributes such as strong telephone and face to face skills, a willingness to learn, pride in your self presentation, integrity, professionalism and reliability. Ideally but not essentially, you are NAEA qualified too.
Dependent on experience, your basic salary is from £16,000 to £20,000, plus an attractive car allowance. Their superb commission structure is uncapped, enabling a genuine Year One OTE in the region of £40k +, rising to £60k+ in Year Two and OTE increases in the following consecutive years. Working only 5 days per week, office hours will be across Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.30pm, Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
