This position will be an office-based role, joining a proactive and outgoing team in a senior position that includes responsibilities such as organising reports and driving incentives. The estate agents boast of their exceptional level of service to both landlords and tenants. In addition to having 2 years’ experience in a senior role, the right candidate will need to have successfully managed a residential portfolio of 150+ units, possess intricate knowledge of compliance, and have a proven track record in dealing with work orders and contractors.
