A rare and exclusive opportunity awaits you to join a highly successful and well-established flag ship office for an independent property company in Surrey as a Sales Administrator and deal progressor.

This role will include supporting 2 offices with an expanding Estate Agents who are renowned for its substantial market share, exceptional career growth prospects, and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals. This role will require a seasoned property professional with up to 2 years’ experience as a Sales Progressor or as a Sales Negotiator progressing their own deals. We are seeking someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, and not afraid to pick up the phone. Given the fast-paced nature of this role, a proven track record of being highly organised with clear communication skills will complement a passion for property and delivering exceptional service

•   Location: Walton On Thames
•   Salary OTE; £35,000 DOE (NO WEEKENDS)

•   At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Negotiator role required.

•   2 years prior experience in Property Management
