External: Sales Negotiator

Our client is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their esteemed team in Abingdon. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for real estate, this role is for you.

Conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers in their best light. Manage client relationships, negotiating offers and guiding both buyers and sellers through the sales process. Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide accurate advice and recommendations to clients. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.

• Location: Abingdon
• Salary: £23k basic £30k OTE
• 9-6pm working day with a 5-day working week
• Work two Saturdays a month or one in three Saturdays
