Join a thriving and dynamic independent real estate firm with five offices, based in Leatherhead. Following a remarkable year in 2023, our client is expanding their sales team and seeking an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their successful team.
 

• Location: Leatherhead
• £22,000 basic salary (subject to adjustment for the right candidate).
• £35,000 OTE, inclusive of guaranteed monthly office commission.
• Additional £3,000 per year in estimated Financial Service referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Manage and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values in the Leatherhead area.
